Ultra FAQ'S

What is the Ultra Festival Cruise?

The Ultra Festival Cruise combines the best of our Navigator party cruises, Ultra Music Festival and Croatian nightlife to give you an experience like no other! The two itineraries are tailored to accommodate the Ultra Music Festival in Split, whilst taking in the best destinations Croatia has to offer!

What time does the cruise start/finish?

Check-in for your Ultra Music Festival Cruise between 10.30am and 12.30pm on Saturday or Monday (depending on your itinerary). Ships return to port on Friday or Sunday afternoon, and check-out is between 8am and 9am Saturday.

What are the cabin arrangements?

Cabins are based on 2 sharing, and consist of twin beds, bunk beds or one double bed. If you’d prefer a certain cabin type, it is important you let us know this upon booking, so we are aware and will note your preference. Our ship allocation is finalised a week before departure, so we are unable to 100% guarantee a twin bed or double bed cabin. This is due to the fact that each of our ships have completely unique cabin configurations (and therefore always consist of a different number of twin and double cabins available onboard). We will do our best to accommodate preferences based on those who book first, however we're unable to confirm bed types at the time of booking.

On some ships, we also have triple cabins available for guests that are travelling as a group of three and would like to share a cabin. Triple cabins consist of a double bed and a single bunk, and we provide a 10% discount per person for these cabin types. In some Triple cabins, double beds may be slightly smaller to accommodate the additional single bed, meaning these cabins may not be suitable for travellers that require more space. If you would like to book a triple cabin please let us know and we can check availability when you enquire.

What is the difference between Above Deck and Lower Deck cabins?

At the booking stage, you will have the option to select a Lower Deck or an Above Deck cabin onboard the ship. Above Deck cabins are located on the main deck of the ship and may have internal or external access. The main benefit with the Above Deck cabins is that they are on the main or upper deck, easily accessible without having to use the stairs!

On some of the ships the Above Deck cabins are located on 2 levels, i.e. on the main deck and on a top deck. The Lower Deck cabins are situated in the hull of the ship and are accessed via stairs from the main deck down into the hull. The Lower Deck cabins are slightly more affordable than the Above Deck cabins, however they are often cooler and quieter in the evenings.

Please note: Above Deck cabins are either equipped with a window or a port hole, some of these will be fixed and cannot be opened. Lower Deck cabins are equipped with a port hole which cannot be opened. Each ship is unique and therefore the layout does vary from ship to ship.

Which ship type would suit me?

We have 2 ship types available on the Ultra Festival Cruise; Ensuite and Premier. Ensuite ship cabins have their own toilet and shower, and Premier ships are more modern in style and offer ensuite facilities, as well as air-conditioning.
